An Integrative Approach

As an Integrative Wellness and Life coach, I support clients in healing core issues and negative patterns while empowering them to change their lives with effective tools, techniques, and specific action plans. Utilizing a combination of modalities, I offer clients the tools to self-heal and grow toward harmony in the entire person: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. Successful clients gain freedom from the past and overcome habits and patterns that block fulfillment in all areas of their lives.

  • Toxic Thoughts

    Our negative thoughts often reveal themselves through our behaviors. Mental unwellness can result in negative thoughts, poor self-image, judgement of self and others, inability to focus, and mental illness. This can lead to overwhelming emotions like anger, anxiety, depression, or chronic stress.

    Positive Thinking

    We control our thoughts and are responsible for what we allow into our minds. Focusing on positive aspects leads to happiness, health, and success. A positive attitude anticipates overcoming obstacles and difficulties and surrounds oneself with healthy relationships while avoiding toxicity and drama. Challenges are seen as opportunities for growth, and intentional choices are made to support goals and desires for life.

    Changing Your Mind

    As an Integrative Wellness Coach, my role is to assist you in developing the necessary tools to identify limiting thoughts that prevent you from reaching your full potential. It is essential to understand that right thoughts contribute to wellness in the emotional, physical, and spiritual planes. Therefore, we will work together to replace these negative thoughts with positive affirmations about the truth of who you are and what you deserve.

  • Our primary caretakers significantly influence our fundamental thoughts and emotions about ourselves during childhood. Emotional care helps children learn to express their needs in a healthy way, form healthy relationships, and have higher levels of self-esteem. If children don't learn healthy ways of expressing themselves, they may develop negative emotions in their adult lives. Thankfully, emotional skills not taught in childhood can be learned later in life. As an Integrative Wellness Coach, I equip you with tools to navigate challenging situations, develop emotional resilience, and achieve inner peace and balance through mindfulness, self-care, and stress-management strategies.

  • Spirituality is distinct from religion. While religious practices are a common path to spiritual discovery, religion is not essential for spiritual well-being. Communities that center on healing, like 12-step programs, can also provide spiritual support. Spirituality is a connection with self, others, and nature that allows us to experience a higher power.

    Spirituality is living in alignment with our true selves and purpose, connecting to a higher power, and finding meaning in all aspects of life. It brings energy to our physical, mental, and emotional systems, allowing us to move forward consciously.

    When We Are Spiritually Unwell…

    …we are out of balance and lack peace in our lives. Spiritual unwellness can cause anxiety, depression, mental illness, limiting beliefs, separation, aloneness, and a lack of purpose. This state of darkness can result in physical, emotional, and mental problems.

    When We Are Spiritually Well…

    Spiritual wellness brings inner peace by living honestly and authentically in congruence with our true selves. When spiritually whole, we can give and receive unconditional love, community, and strength.

    As an Integrative Wellness Coach, I support you in using your spiritual practice and belief to create the life you are called to experience.

  • IIntegrative Wellness is a comprehensive approach to well-being that takes into account all aspects of our being - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. These aspects are deeply interconnected, and imbalances in one area can have a ripple effect on the others. For instance, unresolved emotional or mental challenges can cause physical health problems such as anxiety, weight gain, sleep issues, financial instability, drug abuse, dysfunctional relationships, and many more.

    By addressing all these aspects of our being in a holistic way, we can achieve true and lasting wellness. When we are physically well, we have strong and healthy bodies, strong immune systems, and we have the things we need and desire: love, fulfillment, stability, safety, and success. Using an inside-out and outside-in approach to wellness, I will support you in doing the physical work alongside the emotional, mental, and spiritual work to manifest the life you have always deserved.
