WHAT IS INTEGRATIVE WELLNESS?
Integrative wellness is an approach to care that puts the client at the center and addresses the full range of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual influences that affect a person’s health. Employing a personalized strategy that considers a clients unique conditions, needs and circumstances, it uses the most appropriate interventions to partner with clients in the healing process.
As an Integrative Wellness and Life coach I support clients in healing core issues and negative patterns while empowering them to change their life with effective tools, techniques, and specific action plans. Utilizing a combination of modalities, fields and techniques, or inclusive approaches to empowering, I offer clients the tools to self-heal, overcome and grow toward wholeness, harmony or balance in the entire person: mental, emotional physical, and spiritual. Successful clients gain freedom from the past and overcome habits and patterns that block fulfillment in all areas of their lives.

Often we try to address issues on one aspect of wellness while failing to realize that issues that arise in one area affect all areas. For example, weight loss seems to be a physical journey, and in many ways it is. To address physical wellness only, I would recommend a personal trainer. However, committing to a strict workout plan without addressing the emotional issues that cause over-eating or changing toxic and defeating thoughts about your body, physical changes will likely be temporary. If over-eating is a response to stress or an abusive relationship, these mental, emotional and spiritual issues must be addressed if physical changes are to last.

My journey toward wellness is continuous. I am first committed to doing my work. It is this introspection that allows me to hear, understand, support, and coach others in creating purposeful, authentic, abundant and well lives.
