b. Well Supports Youth
At B. Well, we’re committed to investing in the next generation. This month, we partnered with incredible organizations to teach professional skills, foster mental wellness, and inspire leadership. From empowering students at MeckEd with career readiness tools, to guiding healing conversations at the Stratford Richardson YMCA, to celebrating changemakers with YBLA, we’re proud to support youth growth and resilience. Together, we’re building stronger futures—one connection at a time.
When Life Takes Your Breath Away
In a season filled with uncertainty, it's important to remember that peace is always within reach. If the election season has you feeling unsettled, take five minutes for yourself today. A simple, at-your-desk meditation can help you pause, breathe, and recenter. You deserve this moment of care. Let’s choose calm, no matter what’s happening around us.
Empowering Change: Our Impact in the Community
At B. Well, we’ve had an inspiring season of growth and connection! From empowering summer interns at the North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, to nurturing leadership and emotional well-being with Resident Assistants at Elizabeth City State University, to sparking dynamic conversations about Intersectionality with our partners at Homrich Berg — we’ve been busy planting seeds of empowerment and positive change. We are deeply grateful for the role our community plays in this journey and excited for what’s ahead. Thank you for being part of our mission to foster growth, mindfulness, and inclusive excellence. Stay tuned — we’re just getting started!
A Day of Service
This morning, I braved the freezing cold to volunteer with Trees Atlanta, planting trees alongside an incredible group of women. As we connected with the earth, I was reminded of the profound power of service—not just for our communities but for our own wellness.
Service is deeply grounding, a reminder of our connection to something greater. It nurtures not only the spaces we inhabit but also our own hearts and minds. Today, as we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., let’s embrace this day as a call to action, a day on, not a day off. Find your way to give back, spread kindness, and foster growth both within yourself and in your community. Together, we can make service a cornerstone of holistic wellness.

How To Self-Partner
We are constantly with ourselves. Self-partnering is about staying with yourself when with others. The first part of self-partnering involves having a SELF. In this video, you will learn more about how you learned about yourself, learned to deny yourself, and can work to rediscover and support yourself.
How To Set A Boundary
"A lack of boundaries invites a lack of respect." Boundaries are loving, they keep us and others safe. When we love ourselves rightly we assert and articulate our boundaries. Learn to set loving boundaries today!
How To Be Seen?
Being seen means being vulnerable and telling your story, being honest, talking about your feelings, and holding the space for yourself. Learn more about how to take up space and get your needs met.
How To Ask
We learn so much when we ask questions! This informative video (with terrible lighting) teaches you how to ask for what you want from a partner, employer, or even from God.
How To Feel Your Feelings
Your feelings matter. Your ability to tune in to your feelings allows you to make the right decisions for your life. Healthy relationships feel good; bad relationships feel bad. Doing the right thing feels good; doing the wrong thing feels bad. However, none of this will affect you if you cannot feel at all.
Identifying Your Trauma Response
At some point in our lives, most of us will experience trauma. When our trauma is inflicted by someone close to us, especially in our formative years, it is easy to stay stuck in our learned response. In this video, you will become more aware of your trauma response.
