Empowering the Next Generation
Greetings B. Well Family!
B. Well has had the opportunity to pour into young women and girls in some really meaningful ways and it has been a reminder that conversations about self-love, confidence, and emotional wellness are needed now more than ever.
Youth Event
In April, I had the opportunity to speak at a youth event hosted by Melissa Wade, where we explored the importance of self-love and how the way we see ourselves impacts every part of our lives. From relationships and friendships to confidence and decision-making, we talked honestly about the power of knowing your worth and protecting your peace.
Girl Scout Workshop
More recently, I partnered with the Girl Scouts for an interactive workshop titled I Love Myself: Self-Love, Self-Esteem & Self-Respect. During this session, girls explored how subconscious beliefs shape their friendships, academic confidence, health, boundaries, and everyday choices. Through reflection activities, affirmations, and guided conversations, we challenged limiting beliefs and encouraged the girls to see themselves as powerful creators of their own futures.
Guest Speaker at Broughton High School
I also had the opportunity to speak with students at Broughton High School about self-love and identity, reminding students that confidence is not about perfection, but about learning to value yourself fully and unapologetically.
This work continues to remind me that emotional wellness, self-worth, and confidence-building are not “extras” for young people, they are essential life skills.
Thank you for continuing to support the work of B. Well. We’re excited for what’s ahead.

Adrianne
