Created to equip Black girls with tools, knowledge, and confidence, the PAVE Leadership Academy is a transformative 3-day experience from Monday July 13 to Thursday July 15, 2026 for Girls Ages 14-16 rooted in sisterhood, excellence, and empowerment.

What She’ll Experience

This isn’t just a program—it’s a developmental experience designed to shape how she sees herself and her future:

She’ll connect with professional women in STEAM and begin to see what’s possible for her life.

College Connections & Preparation

Real conversations with HBCU students and college leaders to help her prepare for what’s next.

Workshops focused on communication, decision-making, and leading with purpose.

A safe, affirming space to build confidence, resilience, and meaningful relationships.
