Exciting News!

I am honored to be a featured speaker at the Rise Up, Queens Leadership Conference on June 6, 2026, where I will be leading a workshop on self-esteem and self-worth for young women in grades 6–8.

Middle school can be a challenging time. It is a season when many girls begin questioning their confidence, comparing themselves to others, and struggling to recognize their unique value. My goal is to help these young queens understand that their worth is not determined by their appearance, popularity, grades, or what others think of them.

During our time together, we'll explore:

Building confidence from the inside out
Challenging negative self-talk
Embracing their strengths and uniqueness
Developing a healthy sense of self-worth
Learning how to use their voices with courage and confidence

When girls believe in themselves, they make different choices, pursue bigger dreams, establish healthier boundaries, and become powerful leaders in their communities.
