Here's What Participants said...

"I attended the workshop on March 11th and had a wonderful time. The activities we did led to connecting and sharing with one another in authentic ways, as well as getting better connected with self. I greatly enjoyed and would recommend to others."

"It was evident from the start of this workshop that the exercises were well thought out and crafted in a mindful and intentional way. Engaging in the exercises. revealed a lot about the internal dialogue I have with myself and the falsely held beliefs. The interaction and connection with the other women was inspiring."

"Even though I practice deep and introspective self-care, this B. Well workshop stimulated ways in which I can take my career even deeper. I'm grateful for the reflections it inspired and the emotional connections I made with the other attendees."
