Mindfulness is shown to increase health, productivity and even happiness! B. Well is excited to announce that we are hosting our first annual Mindfulness & Meditation RetreatFriday-Sunday, September 14-16, 2018 in Carolina Beach, North Carolina! This all-inclusive weekend will uplift you mentally, spiritually, physically, and emotionally! This weekend is for you if you need a breather. This will be a quiet weekend of reflection, rejuvenation and re-centering. Be prepared to learn about the origins of mindfulness and receive several mindful practices to include in your daily life.  This peaceful weekend includes four guided meditations, yoga on the beach, and more!

We are serving healthy and delicious farm-to-plate meals throughout the weekend. We are even providing snacks! You only need to bring your swimsuit. We provide the boogie boards, beach towels, shovels, pails, and yoga mats. Come to relax, we can do the rest!

Dr. Adrianne R. Pinkney, integrative wellness and life coach, will provide dynamic instruction on how to create a more mindful life. You will still receive plenty of personal attention, as this will be a small group (max 10). This is a great opportunity to rediscover the essence of who you are while learning powerful tools that will improve the quality of your life. B. Still. B. Healed. B.
