Together we can

Why should i opt for group coaching?

It is easy to feel alone in your challenges, especially if those in your day-to-day life are not dealing with similar issues or creating similar goals. Group coaching offers a supportive environment to work through like issues and offer support and support others as you grow. You will benefit from learning with others, as each participant offers knowledge to contribute to the collective wisdom of the group. Not only do you have the benefit of a coach, you also have the benefit of others who are seeking growth.

Another appeal of group coaching, it is often more affordable than individual coaching.

Is Group Coaching right for my company?

Additionally, organizations can benefit from group coaching. Our coaching services are scaled to serve both large and small groups. Group coaching is discussion based, thus opening up important conversations in a guided and structured environment.  Group coaching can also be positioned as a training follow-on, supporting learners with the transfer and application of their learning thus creating an on-going accountability structure. Group coaching is an on-going conversation, which supports change over time.

Part of our primate heritage is that most of us want to feel that we fit in somewhere and are part of a group. Which group we’re part of may matter less to some of us than others, as long as we’re part of a group and not left entirely on our own.
