Coaching Services

B. Well: Live Consciously offers three types of coaching services including individual wellness coaching, group coaching and weekend retreats.


individual wellness coaching

All coaching sessions are client guided. Clients select the issue or issues that will guide our time together and receive support and coaching to meet that goal. Sessions can be purchased in packages or individually.


Group Wellness Coaching

Clients work together in a supportive environment support each other through shared experiences while guided by an integrative wellness coach. Sessions include: Sister Circle, Mother Wound, On Purpose, and Sound Mind, Strong bodies.

Wellness Retreats

It is often when we step away from our daily routines, that we can get clear on next best steps. Retreats offer a supportive environment in which to rest, relax, rejuvenate and rest. Retreats include: Well Woman Weekends, Yoga and Meditation Retreats, and "Planning my Next Steps" retreats.
